When I install the QD swivel into the QD hole, the swivel body bottoms out against the surface of the TRX Extreme Rail before it goes in deep enough for the ball bearings to lock into place. I tried it with a Troy swivel and a Daniel Defense swivel - neither worked. I moved the rail section around and couldn't find a place where it would work. I made it work by installing some washers as spacers, but it didn't leave much thread on the screws - kinda iffy. It should be redesigned so that the QD hole lines up with one of the ventilation holes on the handguard so that there's no depth issue. Might work on other handguards, but not on the Extreme.
