Great for the Microtech STG-556 |

I purchased these for my Microtech STG-556, a Steyr AUG clone, with a 10" raised rail. This set up allowed me to have backup iron sights that would co-witness through my EoTech XPS-2 holographic sight. There isn't much real estate on top of these rifles so every inch counts. The Troys did the job! I sighted the Troy micro sights at 100 yards and can dump a complete 42 round magazine into a 5" target at that range. No, its not grouping sub moa but thats almost impossible without a scope and something other than the 8lb trigger pull of most bull pup platforms. I own 3 other sets of Troy sights on my various AR platforms and quality and accuracy are hard to beat. If you have a raised rail AUG or MSAR 556, these are the iron sights for you and it will work with the EoTech family of sights!

Bought a set in FDE, great fit and finish. Excellent craftsmanship and tight tolerances. A huge improvement over the factory sights on the Sig P556
