Troy Industries Return Policy
Customer will receive a full refund within 30 days after receipt of product. If the order is over 30 days customer will receive Troy Industries credit up to 60 days from receipt of product. If the order is over 60 days customer will receive Troy Industries credit and a 20% re-stocking fee. This applies to dealers, distributors, and retail customers. All returns must be accompanied by a RMA number. Contact customer service PRIOR to returning any item to receive an RMA authorization number.
